Comment:	"Flight was late - but driver was even later (we had to wait 30 minutes for him). Not sure if that was his fault, as the traffic was terrible (a protest in Geneva I think?). Driver then took us to the wrong hotel - but at least it was the right resort, so we sorted it out quickly."

Comment:	"What an unbelievable company. British Airways cancel our flight the night before our transfer. Called Alps2Alps on a Sunday at 10pm and they sorted a new transfer for 18 of us for a 7am pick up on the Monday to take us to Geneva rather than the original Lyon destination. This change took about 20 minutes to arrange with the very polite lady on the phone calling me back twice during the process, all on a Sunday evening. Great customer service. Highly recommended!"
