We were however disappointedd to be told that we would have to pay for any motorway tolls ourselves although on way to resort, we didnt pay any, and so this added delay to our journey as we got stuck in local traffic and arrived probably 30 minutes later than had been expected at the airport"

Called Alps2Alps on a Sunday at 10pm and they sorted a new transfer for 18 of us for a 7am pick up on the Monday to take us to Geneva rather than the original Lyon destination. This change took about 20 minutes to arrange with the very polite lady on the phone calling me back twice during the process, all on a Sunday evening. Great customer service. Highly recommended!"
