Comment:	"The driver was excellent, once we'd found him. However, when we arrived there was some confusion about where to meet. We were told to go outside the terminal but didn't know who to look for, or what kind of car. There was no sign or anything. I tried to phone but the language barrier was a problem.... so we wasted quite a bit of time before we found each other. In the end it was OK. But it was a bit stressful. The email I had received after booking said that the driver would be in the arrivals hall with a sign with my name.... and that the drivers were all English speaking. "

Comment:	"My flight was cancelled by the airline and rescheduled 3 1/2 hours later. This meant that a 5.20 am pickup was unnecessary and we should have gone a lot later. However, it was impossible to reschedule the transfer, phone lines were unhelpful and we got no response to an email to the email address listed in your correspondence for change of booking. In the app, we did get an opportunity to rebook, but we presumed that we would have to pay double for the transfer. This is a big problem that we cannot change the transfer if the flights change significantly. "
