We were told to go outside the terminal but didn't know who to look for, or what kind of car. There was no sign or anything. I tried to phone but the language barrier was a problem.... so we wasted quite a bit of time before we found each other. In the end it was OK. But it was a bit stressful. The email I had received after booking said that the driver would be in the arrivals hall with a sign with my name.... and that the drivers were all English speaking. " |
