| Comment: | "This was the third time we (group of 4) used the transport service of Alps2Alps from Geneva to Avoriaz. The online booking process was easy, the confirmation clear (text message and email on the day before the trip to confirm the pickup) and the communication with the driver was perfect by means of a WhatsApp message to let us know that he was waiting for us. We were travelling with four large snowboard bags, this was no problem in previous standard minivans, however on our return trip from Avoriaz to Geneva the bags did not all fit in the back due to the fact that we were not able to slide one bag underneath the rear seats. The driver indicated that next time we should better book an XL vehicle in order to fit all the bags, however this was never a problem in the past. Hence the 3 stars for the minivan, the rest of the service is worth 5 stars. " |
