| Comment: | "Absolutely fantastic service from Alps2Alps. We arrived at the airport an hour earlier than the transport was booked for and it was no problem for them to pick us up within 5 minutes. The drivers back and too were very polite and helpful, even helping us locate a hard to find chalet. The vehicles were clean and spacious with a separate trailer so our bags were not on top of us. I would definitely recommend this transfer service as our experience with them was nothing short of spectacular. " |

The original driver was delayed in traffic, and a replacement Erik) sent instead who was only 15 mins late. Communication around this was excellent. We ultimately arrived at MXP at 20.20. Massive thanks to Erik for safely delivering us. My concern is that we should have been scheduled to leave Cervinia earlier- 4pm is peak Sunday departure time from the mountains, and although traffic was terrible, there must always be a risk it’ll be busy, and we should have planned to leave earlier to beat the peak traffic." |

Driver drove through backstreets of Geneva as if trying to avoid autoroute...." |
