On top of that he was supremely patient in dealing with weekend traffic to val d'isere which took nearly 6 hours! His driving was excellent, and he was kind enough to allow us to stop in Albertville as the kids were hungry for dinner. Very much appreciate what Vadzim did for the 8 of us especially since we were just getting off a plane ride of 12 hours from California."

Comment:	"Driver was on time and waiting at the airport when we arrived. The vehicle had a ski storage rack as we had requested. The driver was courteous and helpful with the luggage. Only complaint is that we forgot an iPad in the taxi when we left. The taxi was based in St. Anton, so we had to pay 73 euros to get it back, as the taxi owner did not want to wait until he came to Lech on another fare to return it. This was not the same driver as the one who took us from Zurich to Lech, it was apparently another driver who regularly uses the taxi. Our mistake for leaving the iPad in the taxi, but it would have been nice if the driver had just let us know when he was coming to Lech so that we did not have to pay the 73 euros round trip from St. Anton to get it back!"

Comment:	"Positive: Elvin was friendly and courteous. He responded immediately to requests. He was helpful with loading and unloading baggage. He arrived early to pick us up, and called the hotel to inform us that he had arrived. He drove at a safe speed and did not miss any turns. The vehicle was clean, new, and in good condition. Winter tires were fitted and had good tread. Overall a very good vehicle. Needs improvement: Elvin was present at the garage when we arrived but did not have a sign so we did not find him. I found the vehicle after requesting the license plate from the dispatcher. He was not with the vehicle so I had to start asking people who were standing around if they were the driver. A simple sign or using his phone to display my name would solve this. Elvin was uncertain about controls for the vehicle, such as opening/closing the rear windows and operating the aircon system. He should get more familiar with the vehicle he is driving. We figured out how to unlock the rear windows but he had to pull over to do this, and I had to explain that the child locks were engaged on the driver side door. The vehicle did not have ski storage despite us requesting this, and the service being focused on ski transfers. We had to put the ski bag in the passenger seating area which was uncomfortable and blocked a seat. Alps2Alps should ensure that all vehicles have sufficient exterior ski storage so that skis are not in the passenger area. Elvin was helpful and courteous and can be a good driver, he should try to fix the small issues with finding his clients and knowing his vehicle well. Alps2alps should ensure that all vehicles have adequate ski storage. "
