Comment:	"The outward journey from Geneva to Meribel with Emile (I think) was truly first class. He was prompt, he called me to make sure we had arrived, he enthused about the service and made sure we were aware of wifi, water, the route he was taking and why (avoiding Annecy rush hour) and he knew exactly where we were going. It was a very relaxed, quick and efficient transfer. The return trip was perfectly good but the driver didn't interact, I called him because he wasn't at the hotel by pick up time. He was in resort looking for the hotel (which was difficult to find) but hadn't thought to call me. He then only communicated to point out water. Got us there in about 2 hours so perfectly good transfer just not as impressive as way out. We will be booking for next year! "

One comment was that a pick up at 17:10 for a 21.45 flight didn't leave a lot of margin for error given the possibility of traffic into Zurich, however we didn't feel in danger of missing our flight as the traffic wasn't too bad in the end. "
