Comment:	"We would really have appreciated a text earlier on in the day to confirm the arrangements for the pick up just for reassurance that the pick up was scheduled correctly. We got a text 5 minutes before pick up to say the pick up had arrived. In the text we were given the drivers last name and first name in that order and it was difficult to tell which was his first name. Why not just give only the drivers first name in the text. Great service, very punctual. Thank you."
