Comment:	"Value is the key word I would say - the good service relative to the low price is really impressive. * Driver: Both drivers we had we’re great. Polite. Drove well. All good. * Car: Pretty standard/basic, but was exactly as I expected, and at the price-point I have no issues with it at all. As a suggestion, I’d say it’s worth investing in some more up-market cars/vans and offering a higher priced premium service, as some will definitely pay for it (we would have), and most other operators offer that. * My driver on arrival was not waiting in arrivals, but I was quickly able to contact them via phone, and he was there within 5mins and I understand saving the parking money makes sense, so I had no issues with that at the price point. And on departure, the guy was bang on time. "

The route from Meribel to Geneva Airport was a little confusing. I think that satnav was trying to direct us to a route without tolls and we took a few wrong turns. Still arrived in plenty of time. It might be worth giving passengers the option of going the most direct route and paying the tolls at the beginning of each journey or on booking. I look forward to being reunited with my skis on Friday 26th January at Zurich Airport. "
