If it were to give any tips for improvement I would say (1) Arrival: Send the driver’s contact info through, along with confirmation that he’s arrived to collect you - both trips I’ve done with you I’ve had to call the main phone line as the driver wasn’t waiting in arrivals, both times he was there within minutes, but it would have been reassuring to have had a message to know he was there somewhere, and helpful to have been able to just call him directly. (2) Departure: On departure I did get the driver details, but only about 5mins before he was due, which is fine, but if you want feedback - I’d say send that through a bit earlier, (3) the cars are totally fine, exactly what you would expect - obviously if you want to improve you could maybe get WiFi hotspot out in them and music link ups so passengers can play their own music. Thanks a lot!"

When bookjng it online I messed up but a few emails later and it was all sorted. The return journey was also good and the driver arrived around 15 minutes early. I would happily use them next year when we return."
