Only improvement I would suggest is that to avoid any anxiety it would have been helpful if Alps2Alps reconfirmed the return journey either the night before or morning of travel . I sent a request for confirmation around noon on 11 March for 15.40 pick up. " |

| Comment: | "Both drivers excellent and friendly as was transfer experience. Will defo recommend to friends and use again. I normally use Alpi Bus but will be trying you first in future. I enquired about using them for this Courmayeur trip but they said they didn’t run transfers on Mondays or Tuesdays as it’s too quiet so I’d need to pay a lot for a private transfer. You in comparison run a transfer daily despite just me and my friend being on the bus making it effectively a private transfer. Consequently I’ll be using you for all my transfers whether you’re busy or not. Thanks, Nick. " |
