Comment:	"We used Alps 2 Alps for a return journey from Geneva to Champoluc. The return journey was faultless and would have been full 5 star across the board. However the Geneva pickup, our driver wasn't there. We did have significant delay getting baggage for our already delayed flight. I had to phone the emergency number, who contacted driver and a bit later they appeared. Once we were in the car, he drove very well to our destination. NB for that outbound journey I also didn't receive a text giving me the driver name and contact number but I did for the return journey. Overall, still fully recommend Alps 2 Alps, as although we had a hiccup, the processes worked to handle it."

(If we wanted to stop, temp etc) A lovely drive, no rush or being thrown about. Exactly the same service on the way back, both vehicles were really clean andf a pleasuree to be in."
