Although pick up was 15 minutes later than originally booked, we received a phone call to let us know there was a slight delay due to traffic which was fantastic communication and service. The company had factored an extra hour to get from resort to the airport so we weren’t panicking. The drivers are always happy and polite and the cars have so far all been immaculate and smell nice. (No smokers thankfully!). I would definitely recommend this company. "

He was brilliant - so super thoughtful with our teens, gave them snacks, and was very solicitous with the whole family, one of whom had a skiing injury. He found a way through the traffic saving at least an hour’s time. Karim turned what could have been a very difficult 5 hours into a very easy experience - cannot thank him or rate him highly enough"

Comment:	"The pick up at Geneva terminal 1 took some time to coordinate because of some confusion of where we were. We were dropped off at Terminal 1 for the return but the flight departed from T2, so we were late checking in and security was really busy. We only just made the flight home. I would recommend that the pick up is 30 minutes or even an hour earlier to allow for time to pass through security and to pass through Geneva airport. You really need 2 and half hours at least once you have arrived at Geneva airport, 2 hours is too little. Still happy with the service and we’ll be booking with you again next year, thank you to both drivers who were very nice."
