| Comment: | "Customer service is truly measured when things don’t run smoothly. Firstly there was a mix up at Geneva arrivals. Our jet2 flight landed at terminal 2 rather than the main terminal 1 airport where our driver was waiting. We then proceeded over the next hour to rendezvous - the driver was patient and courteous throughout this process which we are grateful for. Then the transfer time from airport to resort ( La Plagne) was significantly extended due to main routes being jammed by huge volumes of traffic. Despite this our driver remained calm and patient throughout and finally got us to our destination safely despite it being a very tiring journey. The service we received was first class and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Alps2Alps again. ????" |
