Comment:	"Great service and great value. One issue we had was the driver that took us from the airport to the hotel was not very accommodating. We needed 3 of the 6 passengers dropped off at another hotel which was less than a five minute drive away from the hotel we stayed at. The driver point blank refused to do this, and had a terrible manner in the way he dealt with the request. Although i must take responsibility as i did not specify this in the initial booking, I thought the driver could have been more accommodating (and he would've been tipped for doing so anyway!). The return driver on the other hand had a great attitude! I look forward to doing business with you again. Regards Colm "

When I emailed them requesting the return pick up time be brought forward to 6am, the email response was immediate and positive, confirming the new arrangement without question. No fuss. No bother. Our flight going home was cancelled the evening before we left the resort so we needed to change the time of our pick-up. We needed to leave really early in the morning so we needed to contact Alps2Alps in the evening. I was really stressed about not being able to contact anyone in the evening and missing our new earlier flight time, but I needn't have worried. Somebody picked up the phone and we rearranged the pick-up time with no hassle, no re-booking fee and we received a confirmation email almost straight away. The driver was great, the car was clean and the door to door service was well worth the money. I'll definitely use Alps2Alps again. Andy"
