Comment:	"Our whole experience of booking our transfer from Val d'Isère to Geneva Airport, and being collected by the driver was as smooth and painless as one could hope for. Our Latvian driver, Aigars, arrived 15 mins before the specified time, and phoned to announce his arrival. On the journey he was fascinating and informed company, and a pleasure to chat to. His driving was impeccable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The experience was so easy that we'll be reluctant to use the bus - which has always been our preferred transport in the past - again. My only suggestion is that it would be reassuring to get an sms confirming the booking both immediately once payment is received (along with the confirmation email), and then again a couple of days before the confirmed trip. We felt a little anxious about the possibility that we'd be ready for collection and no-one would pitch up, and although we needn't have worried, we'd have been more confident had there been a two-day reminder. Thanks for a wonderful service! And our special thanks to Aigars."

The only slight issue was a misunderstanding I had on the suitable ages for child seats (in hindsight I should have contacted them to check) and had no issue adjusting the requirement for the return journey.
