She had her headphones in so we couldn’t ask her anything. Overall a good transfer but car was very hot and we had to have the windows open all the way. Would use alps2alps again as reliable. " |

| Comment: | "Transfer Reference: A2A170940. We went to Zermatt on march 9 2024. The driver was excellent but the communication with Alps to Alps was poor. We ask where is the pick up point on an email 6 days before we go and they ask: "We are specilised on door to door transfer". So, in the morning we communicate with the driver and he said to us that he is waiting at Tash !! So we had to paid a taxi and the train shuttle to Täsch. It's our first time to Zermatt we suppose that Alps to Alps send a taxi in front of the door like they said !" |
