We were helped with our bags to the vehicle and everything loaded for us. Taken to the ski hire shop where the driver carried our skis to the vehicle. He unloaded all our bags and skis at destination. Similarly on pick up the same happened. Clean vehicles both inside and out and bottles of water provided. Great!"

Comment:	"The driver on the outward journey, while very polite was not where he could easily be found at the arrivals gate. This really mattered as we had three children and had already suffered a horrendous flight - delayed by 3 hours, drunk men on board who had to be removed and then a bomb scare at Geneva airport on arrival. Not the driver's fault, of course, but meant that the pick needed to be smooth and it wasn't. The adding of snow chains was carried out quickly and easily. The driver did not know EXACTLY where the accommodation was, adding to the angst at 3:30 in the morning. The car was absolutely fine, baby seats and booster seats as requested. Return journey was much better, the driver (different from the outbound driver) was kind and helpful when one of the children was travel sick. "
