Had a little trouble finding driver at airport as we took 2 hours to get through passport control so he had been waiting ages for us - but email response from head office was almost instant. Really recommend them! "

Their customer service is excellent, providing prompt replies to all questions This year my Alps2Alps ski hire was unfortunately cancelled at the last minute due to covid restrictions, however Jay at customer services offered a full refund immediately, as well as refunding the additional cost of hire I had to incur in resort I am happy to recommend Alps2Alps and will use them in the future"

Really efficient getting us to Avoriaz. On the way back, driver arrived within 1 minute of specified pickup time and got us to the airport 20 mins early. Brilliant. Will definitely use Alps2alps next year."
