Comment:	"We were held up for an hour at passport control. Fully expected driver to be annoyed, but he was fantastic. Kind, helpful, friendly. Soon helped us feel relaxed. Encouraged us to pick up milk etc at supermarket. I was not going to ask, because felt bad about our lateness. (Not our fault, of course.) Drove very well. Very good experience for some very tired and stressed travellers."

On the pick up the driver was great arrived early giving us the option to get to the airport earlier or he could wait until the original agreed time. We found that very useful"
