Comment:	"We left the Lyon airport late because the driver assigned to us had a personal issue at the last minute. A second driver was sent within 10-15 minutes but his car was too small to accommodate 4 people with skis + luggage. It took another 30-35 minutes for Alps2Alps to send another van that was perfect for us. All went very well from that point. The return from Val d'Isère to Lyon airport was 100% perfect. The driver was there right on time to pick us up. Despite the issue we experienced at the airport, Alps2Alps worked diligently to resolve it. The telephone communication was efficient. Recommendation to clients: Make sure to provide your cell number to the company so that the driver can call you a few minutes before the pick-up."

There wasn’t much contact from the company leading up to the week prior, and as our pick up wasn’t from an airport I was a little worried it wouldn’t get the pick up point correct. However all was exactly as wanted and the day before we started to get confirmations through. It did however take nearly 8 hours to get from Lyon to Les Arcs, as it was the first day of half term, so the traffic was crazy. A heads up if your first time in these weeks, go very early or day before! Overall very good and the driver was fantastic. Very open, nice and understanding of screaming kids on such a long drive. Happily Recommend the service."
