Most importantly he used the motorway between Annecy and Geneva which saves so much time (the other driver from the 9th January used all the back roads on the way from Geneva to Annecy and it to one and a half hours just to get to and through Annecy - I can only assume it was to save a small amount of toll fees. The journey of the 9th January was the longest I have ever experienced) " |

Within 2 minutes of this happening the driver communicated this issue to me and sent another driver. Transfer arrived still on time and there was no issue with the communication. The drive was comfortable and both drivers drove in a safe manner. We like the use of WhatsApp to be able to keep each other updated especially at the airport were it takes time to get through passport control and baggage reclaim. We will definitely use again." |
