Pickup at the resort was perfectly to time and although I didn’t need to ring to confirm, when I did the phone was answered in a short time. When arriving in Germany at the airport, I did have to ring as driver was not there waiting, but it was only 5 minutes before he appeared. Of course it is preferential that someone is there at the passenger exit with a card that has your name on it. That said we would definitely use alps2alps again. "
