Comment:	"Our driver was very nice, but his navigation system did not identify our hotel in Cortina. Rather than trying to find it on another navigation system (Google identufies it) or notifying us of the issue before we left home where we had resources to address the problem, he told us at the airport. It turned out that the hotel is in an adjoining village, Pocol, and we found it by activating our phone and calling the hotel. Not a huge deal but he became very petulant and curt with hotel employee and us until things were resolved. sSo that's why i rate him 4 stars, yet i rate the service and car 5 stars."

Comment:	"Our whole experience of booking our transfer from Val d'Isère to Geneva Airport, and being collected by the driver was as smooth and painless as one could hope for. Our Latvian driver, Aigars, arrived 15 mins before the specified time, and phoned to announce his arrival. On the journey he was fascinating and informed company, and a pleasure to chat to. His driving was impeccable. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The experience was so easy that we'll be reluctant to use the bus - which has always been our preferred transport in the past - again. My only suggestion is that it would be reassuring to get an sms confirming the booking both immediately once payment is received (along with the confirmation email), and then again a couple of days before the confirmed trip. We felt a little anxious about the possibility that we'd be ready for collection and no-one would pitch up, and although we needn't have worried, we'd have been more confident had there been a two-day reminder. Thanks for a wonderful service! And our special thanks to Aigars."
