On the return leg the suggested pickup was far too early, i tried to call Customer Services on the sunday to rearrange 3 times but each time the call rang out after being on hold for several minutes. When I called the on-duty manager he told me he would pass on my message to Customer Services for a ring back however I never received a call. This aspect should be improved"
