Our flight going home was cancelled the evening before we left the resort so we needed to change the time of our pick-up. We needed to leave really early in the morning so we needed to contact Alps2Alps in the evening. I was really stressed about not being able to contact anyone in the evening and missing our new earlier flight time, but I needn't have worried. Somebody picked up the phone and we rearranged the pick-up time with no hassle, no re-booking fee and we received a confirmation email almost straight away. The driver was great, the car was clean and the door to door service was well worth the money. I'll definitely use Alps2Alps again. Andy"
