My only build on what could be perfect service is that the drivers are not always waiting for you, I have had to phone a couple of times to locate my driver however always found my driver within 15 to 20 minutes. I think they are waiting in the parking lot or driving around the block to avoid parking costs. There are never far away. I had a three hour delay last Feb and the driver was still waiting for my flight for 3 hours! "

The service was extremely easy to use and the staff responded quickly and clearly to my queries. Only one small area for improvement - air conditioning! I appreciate you normally need heating, rather than AC, however it was rather warm when we were over and the car did get a little stuffy. Apart from that, it was perfect."

Comment:	"The outward journey from Geneva to Meribel with Emile (I think) was truly first class. He was prompt, he called me to make sure we had arrived, he enthused about the service and made sure we were aware of wifi, water, the route he was taking and why (avoiding Annecy rush hour) and he knew exactly where we were going. It was a very relaxed, quick and efficient transfer. The return trip was perfectly good but the driver didn't interact, I called him because he wasn't at the hotel by pick up time. He was in resort looking for the hotel (which was difficult to find) but hadn't thought to call me. He then only communicated to point out water. Got us there in about 2 hours so perfectly good transfer just not as impressive as way out. We will be booking for next year! "
