Comment:	"I ordered a private Transfer that advertises a sedan, but ended up in a minvan. It’s OK, but you should perhaps be a little bit more descriptive. There was some confusion with the booking process and your server not being able to complete a pending booking and the drop off address during the booking process - the email requests were actually quite prompt, but when you call on WhatsApp and the name Ivan shows up in Azbuka it has a feeling lf a scam and it’s a little concerning as well that your employees dont have professional profiles so I think you have some Improving to do to give confidence, but in the end the transfer was very good. The driver was very friendly and helpful and I got to the destination on time which is why I give five stars. "
