Comment:	"A group of us had 4 transfers between Geneva and Courmayeur over a 5 day period. We were very impressed and would certainly use Alps2alps again. We were called the night before each airport pick-up to confirm arrangements and drivers were waiting on time at Arrivals. For resort pick-ups, we got a text when the driver arrived at our accomodation but no confirmation the day before which would have been nice too. For one of our transfers back to Geneva we requested a slightly later pick-up time - no problem. We then had a flight cancellation within 24 hours and need a pick-up 2hrs earlier than scheduled. This was sorted really quickly and with no additional charge. Vehicle were very good and drivers drove very safely. They were all friendly and courteous. All communication re changes etc has to be done by email rather than by phone - response time was really quick."
