Comment:	"Overall this was a good service. however it really varied depending on the driver. On the way to the resort it took over 3 hours because the driver appeared to avoid the toll roads. On the way back to the airport it took just over 2 hours because we went through the tolls. A whole hour difference depending on the route. Also one slight annoyance is that all the other companies I have used ask for your flight details and then get the driver there based on the time you land etc. On this site you enter those details and the time it lands. You then get a message the day before saying the driver will be there when your plane lands. It was really easy to change this time with them because I did change it by 30 mins later. luckily I did as our flight was 30 minutes delayed so we landed at the new time I said for collection. They said they can wait for up to an hour but with other companies they would have factored in the delay to the flight and adjusted the pick up time automatically. Overall just minor things and next time I know to pick a time for collection etc. "
