Comment:	"I organised 7 transfers for my group of friends - on the whole the transfers were excellent. We did have a slight delay on one pick-up from the airport at Geneva, when I phoned to UK office, but the driver then arrived fairly quickly. We also telephoned the French office when there was no sign of the transfer at the resort - we had waited 10-15 mins after the pick-up time before phoning. We spoke to someone who said there had been a problem with the initial minibus sent for the transfer but another one would arrive within 20 mins. This was correct and we arrived at the airport with sufficient time. My advice would be that the driver should have contacted us if he/she was not able to be there at the agreed pick up time as this would've helped to keep us informed, particularly as the UK office was not answering when we tried to call on the Monday. Neither of the delays turned out to be a big problem for us though, and 5 out of the 7 were very smooth. I would definitely used your transfer service again - thank you."
